By accessing and using Playenda yacht charter services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Playenda provides luxury yacht charter services including but not limited to:
All yacht charter bookings require advance reservation and are subject to availability. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of required deposit and signed charter agreement.
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks. All payments must be in Canadian dollars unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
If Playenda determines that weather conditions are unsafe for charter operations, clients may reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
In the unlikely event that Playenda must cancel a charter due to mechanical issues or other circumstances beyond our control, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
The captain has ultimate authority over the vessel and all persons aboard. Passengers who fail to comply with safety instructions or engage in inappropriate behavior may be removed from the charter without refund.
Playenda's liability for any claim arising from yacht charter services is limited to the amount paid for the charter. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Passengers charter at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety and belongings. Playenda is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
All Playenda vessels carry comprehensive marine insurance. Passengers are encouraged to obtain travel insurance for personal coverage.
Passengers with medical conditions, disabilities, or special needs must inform Playenda at time of booking. Pregnant passengers and those with mobility limitations should consult with medical professionals before booking.
All passengers must comply with environmental regulations and our Green Waters sustainability policies, including:
Playenda reserves the right to modify charter routes, duration, or vessel assignment due to weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns. Such modifications do not constitute grounds for refund unless the charter is significantly shortened.
Personal information collected during booking is used solely for charter services and is protected according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law.
Any disputes arising from charter services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, under Canadian maritime law. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing arbitration.
Playenda is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or public health emergencies.
All content, logos, and materials associated with Playenda services are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Passengers may not use our intellectual property without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
Playenda reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
